Deposits

Mr Fishing requires a 20% non-refundable deposit of the charter cost to confirm the booking.
A confirmation email will be sent on receipt of the deposit. Until the deposit is received, the dates will remain available to the public for bookings.

The remaining balance is to be paid in full prior to departure.

There are no refunds once a deposit is received.

Pricing

All prices noted throughout this website are subject to change at any given time.
A confirmed price will be given at the time of booking with Mr Fishing. These prices are based off how many Anglers are attending, how many boats are required for the trip and any other costs that may be incurred during the trip.

Accommodation costs and transportation costs to travel to any launch location are not included in the pricing that Mr Fishing provides. These arrangements are at the discretion of the attendees to book themselves and seperate to Mr Fishing.

Weather

Mr Fishing will attempt to give you as much notice as possible of a cancellation due to weather. Due to the unpredictable nature of New Zealand weather, there may be occasions where a sudden change in conditions can force us to cancel directly before a trip, or even shorten the trip that is in progress.

With passenger and crew safety being paramount, it is at the skipper’s discretion to cancel or postpone the trip.

Alcohol

Where excess consumption of alcohol jeopardises safety or comfort of the passengers and/or crew, Mr Fishing Adventures reserves the right to terminate the trip with no refund due.

Damage

You must pay for any damage caused to the boat, its fittings or any equipment that you damage or lose overboard, even if accidentally.

You must follow the skippers instructions at all times while onboard.

On booking with Mr Fishing Adventures Ltd the customer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms, conditions and policies.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding anything else expressed or implied in these terms and except where a statue requires otherwise, Mr Fishing Adventures shall not be liable whether in contract, tort or otherwise for:

(a)    Any injury to persons or damage to property; or

(b)    Any direct, indirect, consequential, financial or economic loss or damage to property arising out of any act or omission of Mr Fishing Adventures.

Mr Fishing Adventures reserves the right to review and changes these terms, conditions and policies at any time.
